Your responsibilities will include identifying revenue opportunities, managing tenant relationships, overseeing debt, and handling rent reviews.
With a portfolio covering diverse lease types like grazing and corridor leases, you'll be pivotal in maintaining high standards of lease administration and aligning with KiwiRail's goals.Key AccountabilitiesManage leases, licenses, and grants in line with policies and procedures, systematically identifying revenue opportunitiesPrepare and complete all necessary documentation, and negotiate terms for new leases, renewals, and variationsMaintain high professional standards and foster strong, customer-focused interactionsSupport accounts receivable by overseeing debt collection and enforcing lease agreementsNga pukenga e rapu nei matou | What you will bringIdeally 3 years' experience in administration, leasing, or property managementAn understanding of land ownership and tenure systemsExperience in managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersStrong customer service skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDesirable to have experience managing large and diverse property portfoliosNou te rourou | What's in it for youWe offer more than a job – we offer a journey.
