Your responsibilities will include identifying revenue opportunities, managing tenant relationships, overseeing debt, and handling rent reviews.
With a portfolio covering diverse lease types like grazing and corridor leases, you'll be pivotal in maintaining high standards of lease administration and aligning with KiwiRail's goals.Key AccountabilitiesManage leases, licenses, and grants in line with policies and procedures, systematically identifying revenue opportunities.Prepare and complete all necessary documentation, and negotiate terms for new leases, renewals, and variations.Maintain high professional standards and foster strong, customer-focused interactions.Support accounts receivable by overseeing debt collection and enforcing lease agreements.Ideally 3 years' experience in administration, leasing, or property management.An understanding of land ownership and tenure systems.Experience in managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Strong customer service skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.Desirable to have experience managing large and diverse property portfolios.Nou te rourou What's in it for youWe offer more than a job - we offer a journey.
