We are currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated Learning and Development Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Human Resources team based in St Mary’s Bay.
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, you will have the following key deliverables:
Execute the L&D strategy globally across the business
Evaluate the effectiveness of the current LMS and implement good practice (this may require a change in systems)
Sharing learning thought leadership and best practice with the organisation
Facilitating or coaching short workshops for leaders and employees
Curating great content to solve business strategies and problems
You will have experience in the following:
Demonstrated professional experience as a L&D Manager or similar
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Demonstrated ability and knowledge in LMS systems
Ability to understand and support professional development needs of our business
Proven ability to deliver solutions that create value for our people
Exceptional communication, creative thinking and influencing skills
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
An open-minded consultative approach
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
