In this role you will cover a broad range of educational practice, which includes innovative pedagogy, curriculum development, assessment, digital learning and scholarship/pedagogical research.
Our team supports strategic priorities in learning and teaching at AUT.
You will help design, develop and deliver exceptional learning experiences.
The nature of the work is highly collaborative - building relationships with academic practitioners, learning technologists, professional staff and students is critical.Successful applicants will need to be able to hit the ground running, and be able to demonstrate:Experience creating, and working within, systematic learning design processes at scale, including leading and/or managing multiple projects and associated milestonesA proven track record of working with academics/specialists to achieve outcomes that meet project needs and align with the wider university directionsEvidence of evidence-based approach for provisioning of a broad range of learning and teaching support activities including academic consultation, curriculum design and support for assessment designSustained experience of working on programme-wide and/or new course developments within a universityKnowledge and skills in Matauranga Maori and/or Pasifika pedagogy, and experiences of supporting staff embedding these in learning and teaching context is highly desirableA commitment to enacting Te Aronui, AUT's Te Tiriti framework and a great fit with our team cultureCulture | AhureaMa te huruhuru ka rere te manu | Adorn the bird with feathers so it may soarLTED's whakatauki reflects the idea that a bird cannot fly without feathers, but if you give the bird what it needs, it can thrive.
