To be successful in this role you will have:Strong experience in the delivery and facilitation of learning solutions, including face to face
Proven experience in designing/developing and delivering learning solutions in agile environment
Strong expertise designing learning for SAP or other major ERP systems
Expertise designing learning for mobility applications
Experience applying digital learning principles and best practice, and creating digital learning solutions and products using various authoring software and Learning Management Systems
Experience in identifying and resolving training issues related to learning solutions and adult education.
Job Description:You will lead the analysis of current and future needs, by assessing and determining the learning requirements of logistics strategies, plans, new systems and other logistics policy and process changes
You will also design and develop highly engaging and impactful learning solutions and materials using Agile approach
This will include user experience needs, optimal delivery methods, costs, benefits and risks
Integrate desired user experiences and required behaviour changes into learning designs
Keep up to date on wider logistics industry learning and professional development trends and providers, including accreditations
Develop and get approval for learning delivery outline / storyboard
