Learning Designer An exciting 12 month opportunity to join our growing Learning and Capability team at Kiwibank Wellington CBD Do you enjoy being creative around learning At Kiwibank we like to bring our customers the best in banking innovation Were a talented if we dont mind saying so ourselves and tightknit team where we share a passion for our own and others learning We are creative and enjoy making things that WOW others So whats this role about Working sidebyside with your team and a diverse set of topics you will create inspiring learning to support the success of our Kiwibank teams You know how to keep the learner and customer at the heart of all your decisions from conducting a needs analysis to training implementation youll never be bored You will be able to curate and translate complex information break it into bitesized pieces and use it to connect with different learners Your passion for learning will show in everything you do and your creativity will shine through What will it take to knock our socks off in this role You will balance your creativity in learning solutions with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation and technical writing Communication is Key youll be able to quickly build rapport with your stakeholders be an effective listener and have impressive documentation skills Proven experience in instructional design documentation creation and training delivery for a range of audiences and formats Use of adult learning methodology and or understanding of adult learning best practice Knowledge of a variety of blended learning practices and approaches e g remote elearning mobile workshops Experience with the Adobe creative suite Youll bring experience or a keen interest in Learning Management Systems preferably Totara and or Moodle and learning authoring tools ideally Articulate Storyline 360 Experience in producing illustrations video content and animations is desirable maybe these talents have been developed through your day job or from your creative weekend projects Youll love sharing ideas being creative and collaborating with a team Were all about making Kiwis better off That means for our customers our communities and our own people We are continuously striving for an inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive We are committed to providing a workplace that is safe flexible and accessible Sound like something you want to be a part of Get in touch Applications close Friday 6th March 2020 at 9pm but we will review applications throughout the advertising period and reserve the right to withdraw the ad at any time
