About us:
We are New Zealand's largest provider of driver training and defensive driving courses for class 1 learner drivers. The Driving School is also expanding into motorcycle tuition and additionally widening its current offering for experienced drivers in a fleet & business setting.
The overarching goal is to increase the safety of drivers whilst delivering on our commercial & AA member benefit goals.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer to join the AA Driver Training team based out of Head Office.
You will work closely with the in-house Technical team & product managers to review the effectiveness and use of the current product portfolio and ensure we are flexible enough to tailor products to suit client demands and needs.
The following skills and experience will be critical to your success:
Experience with instructional design, including doing training needs analysis
Experience working with SMEs to successfully extract information and distill this into key (and accurate) messages for the learner
Developed EQ and a sense of personal insight
