Our ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of effective pedagogies to bring the maths curriculum alive and have experience in leading change. With NCEA changes in effect, our new LAL will need to implement these changes while providing positive and relational teaching approaches that will create a stimulating, collaborative and supportive student focused learning environment.You will develop strong relationships with students from diverse backgrounds and recognise and value the importance of embedding Matauranga Maori within the curriculum.
