We are looking for aLearning andOrganisational Development Consultantto join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of key strategic initiatives that deliver value across our leadership, performance and development programmes.
What you'll do
Help to develop and deliver plans to build our people's capabilities across the organisation
Set up and source learning resources to create a blended offering of development across Tower
Design and deliver training and workshops for key skill and capability areas including Leadership Development
Set up peer group learning to share and embed best practice
Be involved in our talent, succession planning and engagement activities
Liaise with external suppliers to discuss needs, get best use from resources and design or source new development interventions
Role model our leadership expectations, behaviours and values
The skills, knowledge and experience you'll need
5+ years' experience working in an organisational development or learning role
Demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a delivery bias
Proven experience in designing and implementing blended learning solutions
Significant experience in learning design and delivery, including online learning
Confident at group facilitation and presentation skills
Comfortable analysing data and trends and presenting information
A wonderful communicator, you will foster open dialogue and build relationships of trust and respect
High learning agility with the ability to work collaboratively with others to solve problems
Personable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for people
