Learning Advisor Work with us and not for us CARTERS will make you look forward to Mondays again with this new opportunity LETS FRAME THIS FOR YOU CARTERS National Support Office has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Advisor to provide high quality support to the business by coordinating and providing administration for the different learning initiatives happening at a National level Youll be responsible for All LMS administration including the Carters Learning inbox and identification of potential future development Managing all user course catalogue and training information Creating and uploading courses and formal training material Managing import and maintenance of accurate and up to date user information Developing and generating reporting and insights to meet business needs and improve LMS usage Being the Carters LEARN Champion offering support to all Learners Instructors Managers and Instructional Designers Configuring course design to create optimal user experience Working closely on coordinating training resource upload learner enrolment and course learning plan creation KEEN TO NAIL THIS The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the following skill set A proactive working approach that is based on a can and will do attitude a desire to learn and displaying initiative Organisational and planning skills to prioritise work with conflicting priorities Proven ability to work autonomously and a processorientated working style Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy Ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable response to stakeholder enquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of technology literacy to learn new systems and tools HAVE WE STRUCTURED YOUR INTEREST YET CARTERS is a unique New Zealand owned and operated business and weve helped build the country for over 150 years Were 100 for the trade which means CARTERS model is purely business to business Our success truly is our customers success Thats why we strive to be the best building partner in the market and always make sure were performing or exceeding the level of service our customers expect CARTERS is committed to providing a safe working environment All successful candidates would be required to undergo preemployment drug and alcohol testing
