We pay by the hour with a minimum 37.5 hour full time work week. This means overtime gets paid. The base 37.5 hour salary is at least at the upper quartile of ACENZ total package salaries of 2020 and on top of this you have overtime and bonus(es) plus surgical insurance covered and a huge TMCo paid social calendar.
