Lead Or Assistant Coach

As a coach you will be responsible for imaginative play and soccer coaching for kids aged 18 months to 7 years.
We have Lead and Assistant Coach roles available. Full training is provided as is an extensive session plan for each day that you work.
The Lead Coach role involves explaining games created around a theme and working with an assistant coach. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing the games for the session, and explaining them to the kids. You'll be joining in as well as encouraging the kids.
The Assistant Coach role involves supporting the Lead Coach, setting up games and encouraging kids through the session. You will also be responsible for the venue's kit.What we are looking for: Experience playing soccer yourself Confidence teaching the basic skills and rules Practical experience working with children through family or childcare roles Creativity and clear communication skills Hours are Saturdays from 8.15 for between 3 and 5 hours a week (depending on venue), or Sundays 2 hours a week. The sessions run throughout the year with no term breaks (except summer) and we therefore need individuals who can commit themselves and be reliable.Apply today!
