This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.In this role, you will:Lead a team dedicated to maintaining our beautiful gardens in a resort-style setting for residents, their families, and staffService the grounds and gardens to ensure aesthetic appeal and safetyEnjoy variety working with a bowling green, water features, residential, and shared areasCollaborate closely with and support your team and colleaguesAbout YouTo succeed in our caring environment, you will have:Previous experience as a Gardener or LandscaperAbility to lead a motivated and productive teamStrong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailA reliable, friendly, and professional mannerAbout RymanAt Ryman, we believe a full life gets richer with age.
