With operations spanning three regions, they are committed to driving positive change and supporting New Zealanders across the Motu.The RolePartner with regional managers to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across all regions.Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.Support fundraising and grant management activities.Your ProfileProven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a national or complex organisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience preparing and presenting business cases.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to quickly build relationships.Proficiency in financial software and tools with a particular focus on Budgeting, forecasting and analysis.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions.A relevant finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA).
