Client Experience and Design are responsible for the ensuring the voice of the client is embedded in the way we design, develop and deliver services to New Zealanders. Through client and channel experience design we are constantly improving, adding new products and features and making it easier to get help. Never satisfied with the status quo we are always looking for more effective service models and how we can deliver the right services to the right clients at the right time.

About the Role

As a senior member of the CX team, you will play a leadership role in the cross functional product team being set up to improve our digital services. This team runs from IT developers and testers, to product leaders, to user experience and client experience analysts. You will be responsible for planning and delivering on a client testing programme to confirm clients wants and needs, test early iterations and then confirm the value for clients. We are building a focus on continuous improvement of our digital channel and services, so this work will be fast paced and demand a flexible and adaptable approach to delivery.

About you - Skills and Experience

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with the Product team to build a comprehensive client testing framework covering different design and development timeframes.
• Lead the team of UX and CX analysts to implement and continuously improve that framework.
• Lead extensive face to face and phone engagement with clients, testing what they want and need from our digital channels and whether we've hit the mark.
• Identify opportunities to introduce feedback mechanisms and manage and make recommendations based on incoming feedback.
