The Company:A leading engineering consultancy known for its innovation and excellence is seeking an Engineering Team Leader passionate about people development, to manage workflow and deliver on projects across the country.The Role:Land development and infrastructure projects - as a skilled leader with technical and commercial expertise, the opportunity to grow a team around you, build positive client relationships, and bring new ideas to the table.
This role will oversee the operations, budget, and profitability of the North Island office.Key Responsibilities:Oversee technical delivery on a range of civil engineering projects, particularly in the land development sectorInvolvement with senior leadership in financial reportingAssisting in office operations and hiring of staffPromoting good health and safety practicesProvide project deliverablesRequirements:Relevant engineering qualifications, registered with Engineering NZ (CPEng highly regarded)Experience working as a Civil Engineer with a portfolio of land development and/or infrastructure projectsLeadership and people management skillsExposure to financial reporting and project deliveryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis highly regarded consultancy values its staff and encourages a healthy work-life balance for all of its employees.
