Lexcel accredited Kent law firm seeks a talented Private Client Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining a specialist private client team located in Canterbury, the successful solicitor or legal executive will deliver high quality client care and service through the management of a varied private client caseload. Additionally, the successful lawyer will play an active role in the continued growth and development of the department.

Responsibilities
• Attending clients at home, office and hospitals
• Will drafting
• Probate matters
• Domestic and overseas estates
• LPAs and Court of Protection matters
• Agricultural estates
• Trusts
• Inheritance tax planning
• Participating in networking and marketing initiatives

The Candidate
• A qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 2-4 years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of private client is essential
• Possesses outstanding client care and communication skills
• Strives for high standards in their work
• Works well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative
• Has an aptitude for marketing and networking
