Auckland City, AucklandWe require a full time Leading Hand to join our Care (garden maintenance) team working across high end residential gardens, commercial properties and business parks. Along with care and maintenance, you will be required to take on occasional small gardening projects for your clients. We are looking for responsible applicants who can work in a small team. Support will be given from Supervisors and other Care Team Leaders.Skills and experience:The candidate must have the following skills:Passionate about gardeningAt least 2 years gardening/landscape experienceGood horticultural and gardening knowledgeThe ability to communicate with clientsFull drivers licence and ideally able to drive manualAble to follow instructions and stick to schedulesCapable working alone and in a teamConfident interacting with clients and occasionally the publicAware of good health and safety practices to keep you and your team safeA can-do attitudeBenefits and perks:Generous, competitive remunerationCompany uniform and tools
