Role description:
The role entails advising on plans and designs as well as overseeing the creation, regeneration and development of the land. The aim is to always protect and conserve the environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Create plans, designs and drawings using computer-aided design programsSurvey sites and advise on matters to do with environmental conservationDiscuss requirements and present proposals to clients for approval and agree to time scalesLiaise with fellow architects, surveyors, town planners and civil engineersWrite reports, produce contracts and estimated costsOversee projects as they progress
This role will suit someone with the following background/experience/qualities:
Minimum of 2-5 years experience in residential designStrong love and talent in gardens and designExcellent plant and construction knowledge Understanding of the costs to implement landscape designsStrong customer service, communication and organisation skillsBe a team playerEnjoys taking part in social work activities
