Kiwifruit Pickers

Stephen Rolls Contracting is a horticultural contracting business based in Gisborne, a town with a population of around 45,000, on the East Coast of the North Island. We contract staff on various different orchards around the Poverty Bay area.
We have 40 positions available for Kiwifruit Picking starting from 13th of March, will be for approximately 3 weeks. Hours and days of work may be weather or crop dependant, but will generally be up to 6 days a week, between 7am-5pm. There may also be the option for ongoing work for the right people.
Successful applicants will need to be honest, hardworking and reliable and be able to work as a team or independently unsupervised.
Picking fruit is a very physically demanding job, so applicants MUST be physically fit and healthy.
Transport is preferred, but can be arranged if necessary
Applicants must be prepared to stay in Gisborne for the duration of the job and also be available to come to Gisborne for an interview before the job begins.
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
