About the role
Working with our culinary team, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part time to support and assist our busy Chefs. This role is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen surfaces, materials and environments. With varied duties, the successful candidate will be washing dishes, cleaning and setting up the hotels bars, maintaining several public areas and ensuring the stock levels of our kitchen crockery and supplies.
About you
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience and a positive can do attitude with exceptional internal customer service. You will need to have full availability to work over various day and night shifts including weekends.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role preferably within a 5 Star Hotel
Experience in leading, managing and motivating a team
Must have excellent teamwork skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
