Q Theatre - Kitchen Porter wanted
Want to work in the theatre but not centre stage?
Each day at Q Theatre (located in the heart of Auckland's arts quarter), we put on our own production inCitizen Q(café and bar) and we are currently looking for aKitchen Porterto supplement our team.
You will be able to "learn on the job" under the guidance of our experienced Head Chef.
Every day is different at Q and we host a large variety of shows and events.
We look after our staff and understand the importance of maintaining a good work/life balance.
Benefits include daily staff meals, flexible working hours and tickets to see our shows.
What we require from you:
Positive "can do" attitude
An understanding of kitchen processes and interest in food
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and some public holidays
Be conscientious, reliable, responsible and have the ability to work well in a small team environment
Good level of spoken and written English
