Full time kitchen manager, catering for up to 60 residents per day.
Minimum 38 Hours per week.Responsibilities:First Aid CertificateFood Safety Standards 167 & 168Provide leadership to team members ensuring all kitchen duties are carried out in a professional manner, providing solutions to problems that may arise.Maintain food safety hygiene requirements according to the instructions/procedures.Liaise with facility dietician to ensure all special dietary requirements are met.Ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas and that they are properly maintained.Ensure daily work schedules are completed.Liaise with Facility Manager as required.Communicate with other team members effectively to ensure smooth delivery of service to residents.
