Picton is a fantastic hub for outdoor adventure activities that are right on our doorstep.We are looking for exceptionally bright and keen kitchen staff with the enthusiasm for a fast paced, high energy work environment.We now have full/part time positions available for seasonal contracts. We are an extremely busy Bar & Restaurant located on the Picton waterfront which offers efficient service at a very high standard so if you are a fast learner and can keep your cool under pressure then maybe this is the job for you!The successful applicants will be great team players and have good communication skills. You will need to be comfortable working in a super busy kitchen, have excellent listening and organisational skills and be willing to learn about basic food preparation and cooking as required under the supervision of our team of chefs. Experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage as well as an understanding of basic food safety and hygiene, although training will be given.
