About the roles
Our dedicated Kitchen team are looking for two experienced and reliable Kitchen Hands to join them on a casual basis, delivering excellent service to our residents. You will be both honest and reliable, with the ability to follow instructions unsupervised as well as being a supportive member of the team.
Daily tasks will vary, but include taking orders, serving meals to our residents, collecting dirty dishes, cleaning and setting tables, running the dishwasher and assisting with preparation of meals.
On offer are two casual opportunities, working as and when required. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is essential.
Skills and experience required
You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our residents, so you will have empathy for the older person; excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear, considerate fashion; and an industrious, diligent approach to ensuring that the job is done to the highest standards.
