We have a part-time kitchen hand position available in our beautiful newly refurbished restaurant.
We are ‘a home away from home neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Maori Hill, Dunedin.
We combine classic techniques & bare basic methods inspired by our cultural heritage, place and time in a kitchen-garden setting. Our schtick is sustainable & local, combining the best produce that the South Island has to offer with what we grow ourselves. Wood-fired cooking is our passion.
Delicious, carefully curated food and drink from dawn to dusk, 7 days, 6 nights a week.
Our style is welcoming, engaging and up-beat. We have a high level of engagement with the local community & are a place of genuine hospitality.

We do not require and specific experience just someone with the right attitude and willing to learn.
It is a kitchen hand position, you will just be performing usual kitchen hand duties washing dishes, cleaning and assisting the chefs.The hours are part-time and can be evenings and weekends but we can be somewhat flexible depending on when applicants are available.
