Kitchen Hand 2 Positions

We are looking to employ 2 full time kitchen hand staff. Minimum Guaranteed Hours 30 per week and maximum hours can be sometimes up 45 depending on workload at busy times if required. Pay rate $28.20 per hour. Experience required minimum 3 years. Tasks & responsibilitiesCleaning kitchen, food preparation area scullerirsCleaning cooking and general utensils used in kitchen and restaurants.Transferring , weighing, and checking supplies and equipmentAssembling and preparing ingredients for cooking  and preparing salads, savories.Packing food and beveragescooking and heating simple food itemsTidying up food preparation areas after they have been usedMaking sure that dishes/utensils are stored away properlyDisposing of kitchen rubbish and food wasteWashing kitchen linenAdhering to company's procedure for food hygiene, health & safetyEnsuring that there are sufficient detergent for the efficient running of the dishwasher area.Training can be provided if required.Requirements for the role:Age 18 years or olderWe are looking for candidate who are confident responsible and has attention for details. This role requires you to be flexible with working hours which includes weekends public holidays and split shifts.Ability to work in multicultural environmentTeam player and ability to work across any fits including evening, weekend and public holidays.Must be fit, quick thinker, reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.Applicant for this position should be New Zealand citizen/Resident or a valid work visa holder.
