The Centre
anzuk Early Childhood is currently working with a small, well resourced Early Learning Centre in the inner South Eastern suburbs. The service, which is focused on providing a supportive and a fun environment and believes that the relationship between children and the educators is integral in creating a positive learning environment for the children.

The opportunity
Your role as ECT will be to design an exceptional program for the 20 children in your care. You must also have excellent rapport building skills and be looking to engage with families and develop meaningful relationships with children. Due to the nature of the service, you must also be passionate about being part of something more than just the centre and enjoy engaging with the local community. The Candidate
To apply for this role, you will have ideally had at least 2 years experience in a similar role and must have a Bachelor Degree in Early Years Education or ACECQA approved equivalent. In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. You will The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent
VIT
Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
