Reporting to the Business Manager OOH, this role sits within our Sales Team based at our Head Office in Ellerslie, Auckland where there is free onsite parking and a steady supply of snacks!This fast paced, highly commercial role is responsible for supporting the Business Manager to deliver the total channel strategy and budgeted targets through developing us Out of Home channels, with a focus on delivering sustainable and profitable growth in existing and new customers.
The successful candidate will be driven, passionate, and eager to take charge of key account management, constantly striving for excellence.In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:Managing the out of home accountsDevelop and manage strong relationships with key OOH accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.Creating strategic plans to attract new customers and uncover new business opportunities.Managing promotional spend, invoicing and sales forecasting via our Promax systemNPD launch planning, forecasting and executionEvaluating pricing and promotional strategy effectiveness and recommending changes to improve profitReporting and ROI analysis on agreed activitySupporting with the development and delivery of OOH business plans and strategyWhat you'll bring to the role?3+ years proven experience in Account Manager/Executive role in FMCG (ideally non-Grocery trade, but if you have worked in grocery and are keen to develop your skillset, then we'd love to hear from you!
)Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified, with commerce endorsementsKnowledge of Promax, BW and SAP are not required but an advantageKnowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint requiredExcellent communication and relationship building skills – you get along with everyone and enjoy the challenge of conflict resolution and finding solutionsStrong negotiation and selling skills with proven track record of delivering resultsAn eye for detail and solid analytical skillset – you enjoy pulling insights from data!An innovative mindset– you're not afraid to challenge the status quo & throw new ideas into the mix!Positivity and a solutions-focused approach– nothing is ever a problem!Eagerness to learn and grow your career with usWhat can you expect in return?
