Key Relationships: The Key Account Manager will work closely with and maintain strong positive relationships with: Branch Manager Group ManagersKey Account ManagersBranch StaffDesignated customer contactsNew & potential business and clients Key Objectives:  The Key Account Manager is responsible for: Assisting in achievement of annual budgeted sales targets and margins Management of allocated accountsMaximizing sales opportunities across the group as a wholeMaximizing sales potential of any designated clients allocated to the roleIdentifying new opportunities that align with strategic planning Key Accountabilities Include: Developing and assisting with sales strategies Developing good call cycles, client relationships and collection of relevant information to the GroupSetting sales goals and targets on past performance, and projecting future performanceEnhance, encourage and help develop the Redpaths Workmate brand and associated tools with combinations of training and selling outFacilitation of achievement of annual sales budgets K.P.I's and targetsEnsure systems are in place to identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesEnsuring that the Company has knowledge of the potential business volumes of all existing, new and potential clients through use of the Company CRM systemTo ensure timely effective solutions for all clientsSupport marketing initiatives including new product launches and develop regional marketing to support sales activitiesDriving a solid customer service attitude To compliment and assist with the overall strategic goalsEnsuring that the sales channel works cross functionally with other channels.
