This role would see the right person taking ownership of the P&L for Pak n Save, New World & Four Square.
Reporting directly to the Foodstuffs National Business Manager and supporting on projects as well as setting the field agenda for the Territory Managers.The location could be based in Auckland or Christchurch.ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management for New World, Pak N Save, Four Square & Trent'sPlanning and executing the promotional programForecasting and TPM managementManagement of Key Account Executive / Vendor Managed InventoryBuild strong relationships at multi levels within the FSSI businessNegotiating deals to deliver the annual sales budgetDevelop NPD and Big-Bet activation plans, and execute with FSSI Field TeamMonthly analysis of IRi and Dunnhumby data, to analyse performance and trends in the grocery channel and identify opportunities for growth in FSSI.Contribute to National Sales Team by attending all National Sales Planning Meetings and Team Building/Training events and assist in the development and presentation of category Reviews.Controls – ownership on pricing alignment, credits and promotional communication to retailer and fieldQualificationsMinimum 3 Years' experience in FMCG industry preferably with experience in Field Sales, Category Management or Key Accounts.Centralised buying & FS commercial negotiation experience highly advantageousA commercially astute, analytical individual with experience in promotional modelling to drive sustainable growthField Experience is highly advantageousTertiary Qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Business or similarProficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI, IRI (Unify) & DunnhumbyExcellent Communication Skills – Oral and WrittenStrong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.Proven strength in prioritization and time management skillsFor youWe offer a competitive benefits packageAccess generous leave options (e.g.
