Details of the offer

Reporting directly to the ANZ Sales Director, you will be responsible for retaining, growing and gaining key accounts for the New Zealand Pest Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to own a territory across New Zealand, selling Pest Elimination programmes and building integral relationships with national clients whilst partnering closely with the field service teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Achieve Key account contract sales and profit targets as set out in the annual budget and in consultation with the ANZ Sales Director
Sell Pest Elimination programs and contracted services by presenting value-added sales strategies and to win key accounts within assigned market sectors and geographies where we have service capability
Manage and optimise account profitability through pricing implementation, contract growth and other initiatives
Work to successfully re-sign all key account contracts on a minimum 2-year term and coordinate value merchandising at corporate headquarters location
Create and maintain a viable 12-month sales pipeline that has key sales targets and opportunities in various stages of the sale
Train, mentor and guide sales team colleagues on key technical services as well as providing an in-depth overview of each key account
Develop and communicate key account plans to all the team members and provide routine feedback to ensure goals are met
Establish relationships with key decision makers with the ability to positively influence every key account
Establish internal relationships with other partners in other Ecolab divisions to maximise opportunities
Utilise best in class techniques across Contract negotiations, deal structure, P&L Management, value-based selling and communication and presentation skills
Adhere to company OHS policies, procedures and rules and follow safe work practises

By nature, you can demonstrate:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to be results-orientated and possess a strong track record in a business to business selling role, accustomed to growing the business by negotiating and winning new accounts
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Possess exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations
Self-motivation with exceptional organisation and administrative skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
