Kayak Experience Manager

Ever Kayaked in Doubtful or Milford Sound? Well, it’s bloody magical and everyone needs to do it! And it could be your job to make sure every Tom, Dick and Harry adds it to their NZ bucket list.

From dreaming up concepts for our experiences that customers will love, to putting them into action, you will be the go-to person when it comes to anything and everything surrounding kayaking. You will lead and inspire a team of keen, adventurous kayak guides while working closely with the wider management of Go Orange.

Previous experience in paddling a kayak is an obvious advantage, but more importantly, we are after a driven, organised individual, who is always up for good yarn and a laugh.

You will have some knowledge and familiarity with financial management; P&Ls and budgets make sense to you, and you can apply this to the day to day operational effectiveness of your experiences.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
