We are seeking a motivated Kaimahi Hauora to join our team in Counties to deliver Well Child Tamariki Ora services in line with our three overarching goals;
Healthy tamariki ? We make sure every child/tamariki has the opportunity to be as healthy and well as they can be. (0-5 years)
Confident wh?nau ? We build the confidence and knowledge of wh?nau and families across New Zealand.
Connected communities ? We make sure no family/wh?nau is left isolated, disconnected or unable to cope.

Success in this role requires an appreciation and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to improving outcomes for mokopuna M?ori and wh?nau. You will be confident in te reo M?ori me ona tikanga, sharing p?peha, whakapapa and have a strong affiliation with iwi and hap?.
Your strengths should include working in partnership to build therapeutic relationships with clients, empowering them to meet their tamariki and wh?nau?s needs. You will come to us with the ability to actively demonstrate empathy especially when working with whanau from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have experience working alongside M?ori whanau including those that are vulnerable and live with complexity. Your written and verbal communication skills will be excellent, and you will be confident and capable with the use of technology and electronic based systems. You will have a commitment to complete the National Certificate in Tamariki Ora ? Well Child Services Programme and hold a full New Zealand drivers? licence.
