We invest in our people with genuine leadership and development opportunities available and competitive salaries available.About This RoleAs a Junior QS, you will support your surrounding team members with day-to-day duties:Assisting with budgets, claims, cost reports, progress claims and further tasks involving your project.Building strong industry relationships with subcontractors and clients/stakeholders.Working with the Operational team to produce construction methodologies and programs which accurately define the project and comply with the contract requirements.Complying with Quality & HSE guidelines on site.You will haveThe role requires an applicant with commercial main contractor QS experience and a relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.Proficiency in managing project finances, ensuring alignment with budgets, and handling progress and final contract claims.Experience in Tendering Process: In-depth involvement in the tendering process, including quantifying projects and preparing tender submissions.Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.Sound contractual knowledge and the ability to point to relevant legislation.A team player who can add value as a team member through individuality.Next stepsApply now!
