About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Photonic Chip Processing Engineer to support the development and fabrication of photonic integrated circuits.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor processing and work on cutting-edge photonic technologies.Key Responsibilities:Assist in process development and fabrication of photonic integrated circuits.Operate cleanroom equipment for lithography, etching, deposition, and metrology.Perform process characterization and data analysis to improve fabrication yield.Work with senior engineers to troubleshoot fabrication issues and optimize process flows.Document process parameters and contribute to process development reports.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on photonic chip design and packaging.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.Hands-on experience in semiconductor processing or photonic device fabrication.Basic knowledge of photonic devices and semiconductor materials.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:Prior internship or research experience in photonic chip fabrication.
