Junior .Net Developer - Full-Time - Auckland Cbd

We are looking for a Junior Programmer that has genuine work experience as a .Net Developer as we have an immediate job opening in our Auckland office. We are looking for someone interested in joining our team on a permanent Full time basis and you will be working at least 40 hours per week.
Under the supervision of the Team leader, the .Net Developer designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job and maintain documentation of process flow.
The applicant should hold a valid work visa or equivalent right to work in NZ in order to be shortlisted for this role.Technical Requirements you will need to have experience with: C# .Net/VB.Net Asp.Net, AJAX Entity Frame Work JavaScript, JQuery Web Services, SQL Server MVC, LinQ, WCF
The applicant should have the ability to build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management methods. Strong ability to build personal rapport with all stake holders. Proven ability to align and integrate the department's goals with the overall company strategy.
