This role demands versatility, creativity, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Manage and/or assist with multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless progress throughout.Produce bulk & locations to inform strategic decision-making.Conduct comprehensive due diligence and prepare feasibility studies for potential developments.Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.Navigate Local Authority requirements proficiently, overseeing processes and coordinating documentation required to obtain Resource Consent, Building Consent, and Engineering Approval.Requirements for SuccessHold a Bachelor degree in Property, Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or a related field.Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in Development Management, Architecture, Urban Planning or Town Planning.Exhibit a genuine passion for property and an understanding of the real estate lifecycle and market dynamics.Demonstrate foundational knowledge across various disciplines including Geotechnical, Civil, Architectural, and Planning.Embrace a solutions-oriented approach, demonstrating creativity and innovation in problem-solving.Maintain a keen commercial acumen with meticulous attention to detail.Excel in both verbal and written communication, with exceptional presentation skills.Proficiency in relevant software tools required for producing bulk & locations (e.g., Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Archicad) and schedules (e.g., Microsoft Project, Buildertrend) is essential.Join Our Team:Embark on an exciting journey with Wolfbrook Property Group, where innovation, collaboration, and growth opportunities await.
