Junior Business Analyst

A great opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join a global FMCG company based in the heart of the CBD on a 3 month contract basis with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts and strategic plan ensuring internal and group deadlines are met and data integrity for all communication to Senior Management and Head Office
Provide insights on brands, customers performance identifying potential risks and opportunities
Provide support in the preparation of monthly reporting P&Ls by customer ensuring financials are reported on time
Prepare all necessary monthly reporting packs for sales and marketing teams
Prepare customer / brand analysis working jointly with the sales and marketing teams

Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Excel; data retrieves and modelling, as well as experience using Essbase/ PowerBI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy
Ability to analyse information and processes in order to draw meaningful conclusions, providing recommendations as required
