This is primarily an administrative role, and the key duties will include:Providing feedback to field supervisors and operations managers on anticipated resource levels and potential need for sub-contractor resources.Ensuring the needs of customers and stakeholders are front of mind in all decisions and activities.Work scheduling and alignment of available skilled resources to achieve optimal work completion in terms of SLAs and operating efficiencies.Providing resource co-ordination across internal and external resources/contractors to ensure all elements for service delivery are completed as per requirements.Ensuring effective communication and escalation is maintained with client representatives, including Duty Engineers and Faults Centre.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Similar experience in a fast-paced administrative or dispatch role.Exceptional organisational skills and efficiency in execution of field crew coordination and support.Process-oriented with high attention to detail and accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships within a small team and across the wider Watercare organisation.We offer a competitive salary and staff benefits package including:Training and development opportunities.Life and income protection insurance plans.Generous parental leave.Employee discounts at a range of large retailers.Me pehea te tono mai | How to ApplyCome and join our team!
