Sick of traffic and wasting your time driving into the city?26th October, 2024The Role:As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality advice, develop a meaningful relationship with our candidates and clients, and deliver support and assistance candidates need to get through the recruitment process, start work successfully with our clients and be successful in their work long term.Your responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.Identifying, sourcing, and assessing potential candidates through various channels.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client consultation to final candidate placement for both nationwide and international recruitment.Providing strategic recruitment guidance to clients.Ability to cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.Proven successful experience in new client acquisition.About You:5 years' experience in perm Recruitment - both blue and white collar.Experience in recruitment from the Philippines is an advantage.Proven successful experience in new client acquisition.Excellent relationship skills with ability to form strong relationships.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, process focused.Pro-active with ability to use your initiative and think outside the square.A team player - working closely with the HR and Immigration teams.Possess a high level of honesty and integrity and be a good judge of character.Intermediate level IT skills including CRM experience, preferably Job adder and MS Office.About Us:We are an award-winning Consultancy; we have enjoyed significant growth over the years.
