The role involves:
Delivering the Jetts member journey with exceptional service
Designing and implementing member acquisition plans and engagement strategies to drive member growth
Creating high community presence and profile through marketing and networking activities.
Managing daily sales and revenue performance through delivering the sales process, the Jetts Way.
Creating an army of raving fans through excellent customer service.
Leading the club culture through the demonstration of the Jetts vision, purpose and values.
Leading the personal training team to success.
Administration to keep the wheels turning in the background.
A history in the Health and Fitness industry is great, but if you have aproven track recordof excellent service provision, sales success, or membership and customer service experience, give us a shout.

Applicants must have their own transport and possess a Cert III in Fitness, and current First Aid qualifications.
