We are looking for a new IT support manager to provide first-level contact and incident resolution with their team's hardware and software problems. You'll be a positive upbeat person who isn't afraid to use their initiative and suggest improvements. You'll be the face of the company for new team members overseeing their setup, so a friendly, positive attitude is a must.Skills Required:As an IT Support Manager, you'll be exposed to a range of support scenarios from computers and printers to Sharpoint and ERP software. Experience in working in front line support for IT help would be useful, and you'll feel comfortable solving problems yourself as well as liaising with external technology providers.Our ideal candidate would tick most of the followingMinimum 2 years practical IT support or helpdesk experience
A good understanding of O365, Sharepoint and Active Directory.
Experience administrating an ERP system - Bonus if you have used "Infor"
Ability to troubleshoot and sound problem-solving skills
Has the determination to follow through and ensure a timely resolution of issues
Has previous experience and understanding of managing IT budgets
Has some commercial understanding of procurement and outsourcing of IT services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
