A good understanding and experience with MS Windows PC based platforms and Microsoft Office Products. A general understanding of wireless access technologies devices. Ability to work under pressure and keep calm in stressful situations. Problem solving ability You may also have completed training in ITIL foundations and/or Microsoft Technical Certification in Windows desktop OS and Service. You may also have knowledge of ITILv4 framework and principles of helpdesk software.
