What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll be the IT Support Engineer responsible for providing 1st to 3rd level IT Support for both infrastructure and systems. The role will primarily be L1 & L2 issues, however, if you have the skills to do L3 you won't be held back. You’ll be joining a small close-knit IT team providing customer support in a timely and effective manner. You'll be supporting hardware, software, networks, end-users, responding to support queries from the help desk ticketing system, via phone, face-to-face, and email.
What you'll need to be successful:
Minimum 1 years practical IT Support or Helpdesk experience
Experience with Microsoft technologies will be highly desirable
Ability to solve hardware, network and application issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both cohesively as a team and autonomously
Customer-focused
Can-do positive attitude
