As the Cyber Security lead, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be at the forefront
of the rapid growth and outstanding achievements this company is producing.

Key Responsibilities
As the Cyber Security lead, you will be responsible for:
Championing the Security side of large Digital Projects and Programmes
Working alongside established Projects providing advice and expertise
Networking and producing awareness on the importance of IT security
Developing the Cyber Security Practice within the organization
Using knowledge and initiatives to promote IT Security across New Zealand
Coaching and training
Increasing awareness across New Zealand on the importance of IT Security
Connecting with organisations to win more opportunities
Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyse and mitigate risk associated with
Cyber Security of digital assets
Create, maintain and align businesses Information Security policies and standards with
industry best practices and business needs in the adoption of cloud services and
technologies.
Represent Information Security on organizational project teams and ensure adherence to
existing security policies and standards.
Skills Required
Confidence to produce results
Humble and able to connect and share expertise
15+ Years? experience in IT
10+ Years? experience in IT Security
In depth knowledge of Cloud technologies
Proven Leadership experience
Proven record and experience with connecting and influencing Business leaders
security management certifications or comparable the below
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC
27001, ITIL, COBIT
NZ Resident or Citizen
