About the role:
You will be responsible for leading a passionate IT team and working closely with the key decision-makers across departments to identify, advise, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions. It will be critical to ensure the efficient operation and security of the company's network, databases and equipment.

About you:
You will bring 5+ years of proven leadership/mentoring experience, complemented by your strong technical ability and willingness to be hands-on to ensure delivery of key technology solutions.
This is a challenging leadership position requiring strong commercial and stakeholder relationship skills, and technical knowledge of mainstream technologies.
To be successful you will need:
Confidence, credibility and strong leadership skills to build relationships with the IT team, management, clients and stakeholders
Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and deployment
Experience in ICT Operations Management
Working knowledge of ITIL framework
Experience in Business Analysis
Good technical knowledge of across Cyber Security, Microsoft servers, switches, WIFI, firewall’s, Office 365, Power BI, Sharepoint, SQL databases, ERP Systems
Ability to solve problems, make decisions and effectively manage people and workstreams
