We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to help us take our Service Desk to the next level. If you are ready for a challenge then look no further.

This role sits within the Service Delivery Team which provides the day to day support to business and clinical systems across the 3DHB encompassing four hospitals.
The team's core purpose is to provide the first point of contact for staff when requiring support for 3DHB ICT supported systems, applications or devices. The team is responsible for managing all Incidents Service Requests and communicating IT Change.
To be successful in this role you will need to
Duties
Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to email and web enquiries
Assist with training and supporting new staff.
Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices.
Provide system and user maintenance to all 3DHB site supported applications.
Maintain accurate and up to date customer data
Manage service tickets including status updates.
Attend Change Advisory Board meetings
Send business communications when required
Contribute to team planning, decision making and service improvement.
Perform On-Call support on a rostered basis.

Skills & Experience
Experience with Microsoft and Citrix technologies.
Experience with Mobile and Cloud Technologies.
Sound understanding of desktop hardware and software including operating systems and office products.
Experience of customer service within a technology environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical directions
An understanding of ITIL best practice service management framework and processes improvement.
