Invision Sizer Technician

Our Packhouse is based beside the Company’s Head office in the vibrant Hawke’s Bay Village of Havelock North on Cooper Street.
As the Technician, your role is to operate Invision software and/or the sizer machines to optimise sorting fruit for export and quality standards. Also working with the leadership team to maximise the sheds capacity in consideration of quality factors and staff numbers. Your contribution towards continuous improvement of the Invision and Sizer software will be expected.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
• Operate the Compac sizer and blemish grading software to optimise fruit quality and size.
• Manage the production throughput to the quantity of staff numbers, fruit quality and market packing processes.
• Directing and guiding other staff members on relevant standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all Health and Safety and company policies are adhered to, at all times.
Applicants for this position require:

• Proven experience in Invision/Sizer software
• Competent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa
