An amazing opportunity has come available with our client, a high-quality boutique investment management organisation. As a result of strong client FUM growth, the company requires an additional resource for its Auckland office so are looking for an Investor Services Associate to join their team on a 6-month contract.
THE ROLE
Answering product and process queries for current and prospective investors
Processing client transaction and requests / KiwiSaver & PIE Funds
Adhere to all AML requirements for all client documentation
Client query monitoring

ABOUT YOU
You will ideally have experience in client services support functions within the financial services industry
Knowledge of funds management industry, re Unit Trust, Kiwi Saver offerings
Excellent communications skills
Good level of computer application skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive and pro-active attitude to the role
